Tile Installation Tools
Products
The cutting side of tile installation comes down to two blades. The Tile Leopard continuous-rim diamond blade handles porcelain, ceramic, stoneware and marble tile with chip-free edges – dry, straight off a 4.5" angle grinder, for notches, pipe cut-outs and edge trimming that a wet saw cannot reach. The Construction Raccoon all-purpose blade covers the rest of the bathroom or kitchen job: cutting into concrete or block for drains and thresholds, trimming cement board, or cleaning up old mortar.
Tools for porcelain tile installation
Large-format porcelain is dense and brittle; a thin continuous-rim blade with true running is what keeps edges clean. Choose 4" for tight cut-outs, 4.5" for most grinders, 5" for deeper cuts through thick porcelain and stone. Both blades are available singly and in 3- and 10-packs for installers.
Every PRODIAMANT diamond saw blade and diamond cup wheel is German-engineered and manufactured to EN 13236, the strict European safety standard for diamond tools.
