Diamond Cup Wheels

Products

A diamond cup wheel is a concrete grinding wheel for angle grinders: a steel cup with diamond segments on the face that grinds concrete, masonry and stone flat and strips paint, epoxy and old coatings. PRODIAMANT diamond cup wheels come in 4" (100 mm) and 5" (125 mm) and thread directly onto the 5/8"-11 spindle of DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch and Metabo grinders – no arbor nut, no adapter. Available singly and in 3- and 10-packs.

What is a diamond cup wheel used for?

  • Leveling high spots and uneven concrete slabs before flooring or tiling
  • Removing paint, epoxy, thinset and adhesive residue from floors
  • Smoothing form marks and edges on concrete, block and stone
  • Surface prep before sealing, coating or overlays

Dry or wet grinding?

The balanced segment layout runs smoothly dry on a standard grinder – use a dust shroud and vacuum for dust control. Wet grinding is also possible where the grinder allows it. Choose 4" for detail work and edges, 5" for faster stock removal on open floor areas.

Every PRODIAMANT diamond saw blade and diamond cup wheel is German-engineered and manufactured to EN 13236, the strict European safety standard for diamond tools.
