A concrete diamond blade for an angle grinder has to survive abrasive, dense material and keep cutting straight when the slab is dry. PRODIAMANT offers two masonry blades for that: the Turbo Panther, a turbo-rim blade for fast wet or dry cuts in concrete, brick and stone, and the Construction Raccoon, a segmented all-purpose diamond blade for concrete, block, pavers, stone and tile. Both fit standard 7/8" arbors on grinders; 7" to 10" sizes also run on circular and table saws.
Segmented vs. turbo diamond blade – what is the difference?
A turbo blade has a continuous serrated rim that cools itself and cuts fastest in hard material like cured concrete, brick and natural stone. A segmented blade has gaps between the diamond segments that clear slurry and dust, which makes it the most forgiving choice when the material changes from concrete to block to tile during one job. If you cut mostly concrete and stone, choose turbo; if you want one blade for everything, choose segmented.
Sizes
Turbo Panther: 4", 4.5", 5", 6" and 7". Construction Raccoon: 4" to 10", including 9" (230 mm) and 10" (254 mm) for large grinders, circular saws and paver saws. All sizes are sold singly and in 3- and 10-packs.
